OEIC materials are presented for servicing of existing clients only and not for sale of the funds.

This document provides you with key investor information about this fund. It is not marketing material. The information is required by law to help you understand the nature and the risks of investing in this fund. You are advised to read it so you can make an informed decision about whether to invest.

In addition to the Key Investor information Document we are required to provide you with a Supplementary Information Document (SID) which sets out additional information in relation to Complaints, Compensation (that might be available from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme) and / or Cancellation / withdrawal from a product. Please note that the SID is only applicable to the OEIC range of funds listed in the table. You should also read the Belgian addendum to the Prospectus, which for the OEIC range has been combined with the SID.

The KIIDs available below may also represent other share classes. Please see the attached KIIDs ISIN Matrix for details of the relevant KIID for each share class.

Past performance is not a guide to future performance. Your capital is at Risk. The value of investments and any income is not guaranteed and can go down as well as up and may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations. This means that an investor may not get back the amount invested. This material is for information only and does not constitute an offer or solicitation of an order to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments, or to provide investment advice or services. If you are in doubt about the suitability of any investment, you should speak to your financial adviser.

In the event the UK leaving the EU without an agreed deal, UK funds (both UCITS and non-UCITS funds) may suffer increased levels of withholding tax on their investments as they lose their UCITS status and no longer considered EU recipients. As a result, higher rates of withholding tax will apply on dividend and interest payments received by UK funds, increasing the tax drag on the funds’ performance.

Gross performance figures previously presented for some accounts may have been based on incorrect data between 1 December 2008 to 31 December 2019. Dealing prices and net performance returns were not impacted, nor were client account values or fund NAVs. Correct (recalculated) gross performance information for impacted funds can be found at under each fund’s profile page, alongside previously reported incorrect performance. Any variance between the two figures is also presented.

From 16 November until 4 December 2019, the Threadneedle Lux October factsheets published here contained an error in net performance information. The error was rectified and the factsheets republished on 9 December 2019. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
